This Shipping Policy outlines how Being Aussie manages the processing, dispatch, and delivery of your orders, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. If there is any delay due to high order volume or stock availability, customers will be notified by email at support@beingaussiewear.com.
2. Shipping Method and Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched using a reliable local courier service. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier network. Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. International shipping is not available at this time.
3. Order Tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes the tracking number and courier details. You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before checkout. Being Aussie is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at your expense.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If goods are lost or damaged in transit before reaching you, Being Aussie will replace or refund the affected item(s) in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us at support@beingaussiewear.com with your order number and details so we can assist promptly.
6. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. All prices shown include GST. From time to time, we may offer free-shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website at the time of purchase.
